Signing up for a Box-to-Box subscription means that you will be charged for your first box when you place your order. You will be charged for your next box on the 1st day of the next box shipment month. You can cancel this subscription at any time prior to the billing date. To see your next billing date or to cancel your subscription, go to your My Account page, then My Subscriptions and click Cancel Subscription. You can also email guest services at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call +1 (855) 725-7795. You will receive a box every other month until you cancel your Box-to-Box subscription.
When you sign up for a 6 month (3 boxes) or 1 year (6-boxes) subscription, you prepay to receive the specified number of boxes. These subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and do not automatically renew. If you would like to receive additional boxes after your subscription ends, you can purchase another subscription.
Only the Box-to-Box subscription plan will auto-renew. The 6 month (3 boxes) or 1 year (6-boxes) plans do not auto-renew. With the Box-to-Box plan, the Disney Princess Enchanted Collection will continue to send you boxes once every other month until you cancel your Box-to-Box subscriptions. We think you'll miss your Disney Princess Enchanted Collection boxes, but you can cancel your Box-to-Box subscription at any time prior to your next billing date. You can find your next billing date on the My Subscriptions tab of your My Account page. If you would like to cancel your Box-to-Box subscription, go to the My Subscriptions tab on your My Account page and click Cancel Subscription. Disney Princess Enchanted Collection Box-to-Box orders are billed and shipped every other month. Disney Princess Enchanted Collection Box-to-Box subscriptions are renewed and billed on the 1st of each shipment month. If you cancel before the 1st of the next shipment month, you will not be billed, nor will you receive another box. If cancellation occurs on or after the 1st day of the shipment month, the cancellation will apply to the next box.
Once shipped, Disney Princess Enchanted Collection boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Disney Princess Enchanted Collection box orders are final. Dresses may be exchanged for a different size on your My Box page or by contacting our Guest Services team firstname.lastname@example.org. Disney Princess Enchanted Collection gift subscriptions are available in 6 month (3 boxes) or 1 year (6-boxes) increments. During checkout, you’ll enter the recipient’s name, their parent’s email address and the shipping address of your gift recipient. We will send the parent a welcome email right away with instructions to set up their account. Gift subscriptions are a prepaid, one-time purchase and do not auto-renew.
Your first Disney Princess Enchanted Collection box will be shipped around the 10th of the month Following your initial order. So if you purchased a Disney Princess Enchanted Collection subscription in April, your first box will ship around the May 10. Thereafter, your next box will be shipped around the 10th every other month. Shipping generally takes 4-6 business days; however, shipping to military addresses, Alaska or Hawaii may take longer. You will receive a shipping notification when your box is shipped and a delivery confirmation message once your box has been delivered.
Oh no! We want you to receive your Disney Princess Enchanted Collection, too. First, double check the tracking information in your account for this month’s shipment. If there’s an issue with the shipment, contact our Guest Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The 6 month (3 boxes) or 1 year (6-boxes) subscription plans are billed at the time of order for the full amount. The Box-to-Box Disney Princess Enchanted Collection subscription is billed on an every other month basis.
All Box-to-Box recurring charges take place on the 1st day of the shipment month, every other month. (Reminder: Disney Princess Enchanted Collection boxes ship every other month.) You can cancel any time before the 1st day of the shipment month to not to receive any additional orders. You can find your next billing date on the My Subscription tab of your My Account page.
